My name is Amar Ladghem. I am 43 years old, based in France, and my career has been defined by a deep passion for the cosmetics industry and the power of digital commerce.

Before founding OhMyRoutine, I spent over 5 years working behind the scenes for international beauty brands like, Ustawi, and BeRadiance. As a specialized Media Buyer on Google Ads, my job was to analyze what consumers truly wanted. By optimizing thousands of accounts and observing the US market's data, one thing became crystal clear: the undeniable power and efficacy of K-Beauty.

The Bridge Between Seoul and the USA

While working for brands where R&D was based in France but the focus was on the US, I realized that American consumers were looking for something more: the "Glass Skin" secret that only authentic Korean skincare can provide.

I didn't want to create just another shop. I wanted to build a bridge. Over the years, I traveled to the world's most prestigious beauty summits—Cosmoprof in Italy and Hong Kong. These weren't just business trips; they were opportunities to meet my Korean partners face-to-face. These relationships, built on handshakes and shared values, allowed me to establish a direct sourcing line from Seoul.

Why I Founded Volantys LLC

To serve the American market with the highest level of legal and professional standards, I established my company, Volantys LLC, in the United States.

My vision for OhMyRoutine is built on three transparent pillars:
